History has continuously referred to the importance and value of the legendary olive tree and the oil obtained from its fruit. The first crops dedicated to olive oil farming were in Palestine, Crete, Egypt in the 14th century BC and they are still in use even today.

Our extra virgin olive oil is made with 100% arbequina olives from the Siurana area of Catalonia.

The harvest is carried out from November through to January using traditional methods in order to ensure the high quality of both the fruit and the olive oil.

Our olive oil stands out for its ripe fruit, similar to bananas, and fresh herb aroma. It has a sweet flavour with a slight hint of fresh almonds.
